These terms and conditions and your use of this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This law does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT).

Delivery Policy & Terms

You will be able to choose the delivery week you would like and provide details of special delivery instructions. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be dispatched within the agreed timescale for any reason. The costs for delivery are shown depending on shipping destination. Any delivery times quoted are best estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. Please see our Delivery page for further information about times and rates. In the event of a delivery not being made within the quoted time, the company shall not be liable for any losses, costs damages or expenses incurred to either the customer or a 3rd party.

Prices, description & availability of goods

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. However the customer will only pay the price of goods at the time of purchase. We will always do our very best to produce products which match their specification as closely as possible.

Where items are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, receiving it when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, information and prices are accurate, we do not accept any liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.

Orders will be accepted & processed at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to decline orders from any party without providing an explanation.

Payment

Our online payments will be processed through Paypal or direct BACS payment. We use Paypal to ensure a very high level of security and fraud protection. We currently accept all of the major credit & debit cards, including American Express. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Complaints

Should you have any form of complaint regarding any service or product that you have received from Christmas Wreaths Direct, please call us on either 01884 266465 or 07887 521288 or email us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 3 working days.

Cancellation/Returns

We offer an ‘unconditional guarantee’ as we want you to be thrilled with every product you receive from us. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, please do contact us and we will resolve the matter either through a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

You have the right to cancel any order made, unless the order has already been dispatched, in which case we will be unable to cancel the order.

Christmas Wreaths Direct reserves the right to offer conditions on refunds based on quality reasons. We may ask for you to provide evidence of any quality issue, and may make arrangements for these items to be collected or returned to us. Failure to provide evidence, or make such items available for return, could compromise a refund. All refunds are at the company’s discretion. All refunds will be processed within 10 working days of an agreed refund amount.

This includes all intellectual property such as images, illustrations, designs, logos, and written copy, and otherwise as produced. Any infringement, whether accidental or deliberate, by the replication of photographs/images, the plagiarism of print copy, or theft of intellectual property will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to raise legal proceedings to protect our commercial interests.
